Habemus Vespam (restauro 50 special)

Ciao a tutti, adesso che ho terminato voglio mostrarvi il mio lavoro.
Trovata una 50 special dell'81 (cercavo una terza serie migliorata), tutta originale tranne una polini a cannone, motore mai aperto, a settembre 2014, trovata a 300km da casa mia, ma vabbe', dopo un tira e molla telefonico riesco a prenderla per 700 eurini. Carico in macchina e la porto a casa. La vespa era ferma da una decina d'anni. Cambiato puntine, pulito serbatio e carburatore e questo e' il risultato:

Una schifezza ma almeno si muove, me la godo un po finche' il tempo regge, alla fine la trasferisco al mio laboratorio e inizio a sventrarla

Bell'acquisto, mi sembra molto sana. Non ti conveniva usarla tutta l'estate e iniziare il restauro dopo settembre?

Ah, io ho letto l'ultima frase sotto alle foto della vespa smontata ("Questo lo stato dei lavori"), per cui ho pensato fosse lo stato "attuale" :-)

Allora, continuiamo..
Mentre il telaio con il suo mucchietto di pezzi e' partito per un lungo viaggio, mi sono occupato del motore. Smontaggio completo, pulizia ossessiva (che fatica) con scotch brite, chante clair, coltellini di plastica e spiedini di bambu', sostituzione di tutti i cuscinetti, oring, parti in gomma, guarnizioni, dischi frizione, molla frizione, paraoli, rettifica cilindro originale per una rinfrescata e rimontaggio:
