It's totally Swedish, the motobici was built in 1954 in the town of Falun, the engine was built in another Swedish town, Eskilstuna. The same engine of 48 cc was also used in an outboard (fuoribordo) engine called "Marinopeden", just like the Moscone from Piaggio. Although that one was a special engine only for the fuoribordo.
